This is a unique die created to solve a high production requirement. Parts need to be fabricated in ONE HIT. The fabricator possessed a Long Bed Brake press. The extrusion required large center notches with opposing Reverse Action Cam punches while simultaneously punching a pierced and coined square forming between the notches. The end dies punch one hole via a custom Uni-Punch and a custom two post die set to punch two holes and two notches at the opposite end all in ONE HIT on a 8' Brake Press.
