5 hydraulic dies mounted in a straight line to Blank, Part, Notch, Cam Punch and Emboss Vinyl Extrusions during the extruding process. All five dies are mounted to a "Moving Table". Each die is indexable to produce several different sizes from the same set-up. Each die utilizes Custom 4 Post Die Sets with Ball Bearing Guide Bushings And Guide Pins. Press Cages house each internal die and act as mounting points for various hydraulic cylinders. Line speed was approximately 30 feet per minute.
