This die is custom designed by R.S. Tool Inc. to pierce and cut to length a foam pad from a self feeding roll system. The die also incorporates the ability to change from one size pad another in a few seconds. Hole piercing units are mounted to a sliding plate with pin locator or two sizes. Cut off punch is a 1 degree shear with laminate face insert die section that is very easy to sharpen and shim to retain accurate near "zero" clearance. Die set is a custom made four post with ball bearing bushings and guide pins. Die has a spring return and the individual unit punches are each spring loaded. Let R.S.
