This standard Drill Press was converted to a Self Feeding Twin spindle Drill/Counter bore Machine. RS Tool Inc. custom designed and produced a two station Pilot Drill Fixture to accurately guide a two spindle drill head for drilling of two holes with TWO different diameters with each cycle. Drills two .187" holes and two .500" holes with each cycle. Drill Press was modified from its manual feed to a custom pneumatic rotational cylinder feed to facilitate Auto Feed Feature. Parts are held in a custom Fixture with Self Centering device and flip stops. RS Tool specified Procunier Brand Multi Spindle Drill Head. Unit is activated via a safety guarded foot valve.
