This die has two stations for punching a combination Pierce and Countersink hole at a given dimension from the end of the spout. There are Leaded and Unleaded versions of this gasoline spout which requires two different diameters nozzle ends. The nozzle ends are stainless steel "spark proof" and aluminum extrusion together for the countersinking operation. A stainless sleeve is crimped in place before introduction to this die. This die will be installed in a 5 to 10 ton OBI press. Includes adjustable locking stops for end hole locations, adjustable punches for "fine tuning" countersink engagement, solid die stop, spring return and 1/2-13 tap hole for die retention on press bed. Pins and bushings are Lamina Bronze long shoulder de-mountable. Die set is custom produced and flat surface ground to precision flatness.
