Pneumatic Dies
 
You want a die and you don’t have a press. In many cases a custom pneumatic die will solve the problem. We most commonly custom design and build these types of dies for Window and Door-Building products, Plastic Extruders, Aluminum Extruders and Custom Manufacturers. The pneumatic cylinder is mounted directly to the die set to create a custom Dedicated die and press. Great for End Notching, Piercing, coining, blanking, parting, shearing, forming just about any plastic or aluminum extrusion process. For heavier punching we also employ the same custom design and build process using hydraulic cylinders (see Hydraulic Dies).

We can supply these dies with stand, safety guard, guarded foot activated air valve, hoses, fittings complete and ready for shop air supply.
